OK Policy is now hiring The Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of OK Policy by overseeing administrative processes, financial management, human resources, and organizational systems. Reporting to the Development Director, this position manages day-to-day operations to support the organization's mission and strategic goals. Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,900 annually (commensurate with experience). Duties/Responsibilities - Oversee financial systems and controls, including budgeting, monthly financial accounting, A/R, and A/P. Manage the annual audit & 990 preparation with tax and audit vendors.
- Develop and administer company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices under organization objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
- Direct and administer employee benefit programs, including benefit plan selection, communication and interpretation of benefit plans for staff, employer contributions, employee eligibility and open enrollments, and distribution of annual notifications; negotiate contracts with outside vendors to provide employee services.
