OK Policy is now hiring for TWO positions! Tribal-State Policy Analyst Our Tribal-State Policy Analyst conducts research and analysis on Tribal-State policy in Oklahoma, directly in collaboration with OK Policy team members and Tribal partners on specific policy issues. The position requires a successful candidate to establish and maintain trusted relationships with Tribal Nations, elected leaders, and inter-Tribal coalitions. It requires researching, writing, and speaking on the intersection of federal, tribal, and state policy and regulations in Oklahoma, including federal Indian law, with attention to detail and specific consideration given to the potential impact on indigenous Oklahomans. Salary is $50,000 annually. |

Development Associate The Development Associate plays a crucial role in supporting OK Policy's fundraising efforts by assisting with donor stewardship, fundraising administration, and event coordination. This position helps to ensure the success of fundraising initiatives and contributes to the financial sustainability of the organization. The successful candidate will assist with donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities, including preparing donor communications and acknowledgments, as well as manage donor database and gift processing, including entering gifts, generating reports, and maintaining accurate donor records. Salary is $50,000 annually. |
