- More than 33,000 Oklahomans with ITIN currently pay over $26 million in taxes to the state but cannot take the state driver's license test.
- SB 669 is endorsed by several notable groups, including the Oklahoma Sheriffs Association, the Oklahoma Farm Bureau, the Oklahoma Home Builders Association, Oklahoma Insurance Commission, the Fraternal Order of Police, and the State Troopers Association.
- SB 669 is expected to increase licensed drivers by more than 28,000 and generate $2.5 million in state revenue, $61.4 million in additional liability policy sales, and almost $40 million in savings for existing policyholders.
