BAD BILL ALERT. The Oklahoma Senate has added SB 1027 to the floor agenda for 9 a.m., Wednesday, May 21. This bill would disenfranchise more than 2 million registered Oklahoma voters from signing an initiative petition to let citizens put state questions on the ballot. Even worse, it's being considered as an emergency measure, so it can't be overridden by a citizen-led veto.
