This position serves as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensures the smooth functioning of office operations in both physical and remote work environments. Donor Stewardship & Events Coordinator
The Donor Stewardship & Events Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting OK Policy's fundraising efforts by assisting with donor stewardship, fundraising administration, and event coordination. This position helps ensure the success of fundraising initiatives and contributes to the organization's financial sustainability; assists with donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities, including preparing donor communications and acknowledgments; manages donor database and gift processing, including entering gifts, generating reports, and maintaining accurate donor records; coordinates our annual summer educational conference and support the planning and execution of other organization-wide events; and more. Research & Data Analyst (Hiring For Two Positions)
Within the Research & Data Team, our current focus is improving outcomes for people involved in the criminal justice system and supporting eviction prevention and re-housing efforts throughout the state. We produce analysis and build technology that helps leaders in these systems embrace data-driven decision-making. Using reproducible data pipelines and thoughtful research design, we work to safely reduce incarceration and evictions while improving reintegration outcomes and housing stability. These positions will develop, refine, and maintain data analysis projects in accordance with team standards and our best practices, as well as collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess research and data needs, gather contextual and domain knowledge, define project scope and priorities, and build trust-based partnerships.
